Kitchen staff, Sunday April 1st 2001
Long Narrow room with the bar half way up causing a huge bottleneck on busy nights.
One of the best regular live music venues in the City, though it has no stage and the bands end up in various parts of the pub, none of them suitable. The furniture is a mixture of grotesque plastic chairs and formica tables of the sort you expect in a school refectory.
The Bar Prices are very competative, with various special offers.
April 2001
Now fully restored as a local venue, No good place for bands to actually play. The Sunday food has been resumed under new ownership and is excellent.
